Edibles Bake Shop got its start in late 2013. Serene, the brainchild of Edibles Bake Shop, stumbled upon baking & cake decorating after leaving the corporate world. With some extra time in her hands, this dessert fanatic began on a journey to create cakes not only pleasing to the eyes, but also one that indulges the palate. Her desire to learn with an open mind is what drives her to constantly explore new decorating methods. She has since made buttercream illustrated cakes and hand painted fondant decorative pieces some of her signature creations.
Serene believes in only serving her clients what she feeds her family. All cakes are baked to order and covered with luscious homemade Italian meringue buttercream. She uses French butter and vanilla bean paste to achieve the fluffiest and most delectable buttercream because you only deserve to be given the best.
