How do I place an order?

What is the lead time required for a customised cake order?
It is recommended to enquire 3-5 weeks ahead of your event for a customised cake and 1 week for standard cupcakes. However, slots are filled on a first come first served basis and will still be subjected to availability.
What if I need a cake urgently?
Kindly still drop us an enquiry and we will advise our availability accordingly.
Are your cakes halal?
Sorry, our cakes are not halal.
What is your pricing like?
The smallest single-tier cake we bake is 6” round, serves 8-10pax. Customisation of a 6” cake starts from $140 for a full buttercream design and $200 onwards for a buttercream cake with fondant decorations.
The smallest double barrel cake is 6” in diameter and 8'“ tall, serves 16-24 pax. Price starts from $280.
The smallest 2-tier cake is 6” top and 8” bottom, serves 30-45 pax. Price starts from $330.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Your order is only confirmed after your invoice has been duly paid for. In the event that payment is not well received by the due date, the order will be deemed cancelled. Reinstatement of the order will be subjected to availability.
Can I change my order after confirmation?
We will have to review the kind of change required and you may be subject to additional charges depending on what the change is.
Changes will however, not be allowed if notice is less than 2 weeks prior to date of event.
What is your cancellation policy like?
Deposit paid is strictly non-refundable in the event of cancellation or postponement. The balance amount (50% of total bill) will be refunded in the following manner:
> 7 days from event date: 100% of balance amount | ≤ 7 days from event date: Nil
Self Collection/ Delivery?
Self collection can be done at Clementi West Street 2.
Delivery starts from $20-$27 for a single-tier cake/ cupcakes, $40 for 2-tier cake, $50 for 3-tier cake. Surcharge applies for Sentosa, Jurong Island & MBS.
How do I store my cake?
Buttercream cakes are best consumed at room temperature (a cold buttercream cake will be rock hard and definitely not enjoyable!)
Keep your cake refrigerated and bring the cake out at room temperature (cake remains inside the box with lid closed) for about 1.5-2hrs before ready to consume.
How many days can I keep the cake for?
All our cakes can be kept for another 3 days (refrigerated) upon receipt.
